Twickenham Stadium has been home to the Rugby Football Union (RFU) since 1907. The new stadium has been developed since 1988 and the final phase of the works has been the redevelopment of the sound stand. The redeveloped stand adds 20,000 seats bringing the capacity of the bowl to 82,000. The south stand also contains a significant development including a 156 bedroom Marriot hotel, a Virgin Active health club, conference banqueting, hospitality facilities, a stadium shop, museum and RFU offices.
