Kilimanjaro have not only celebrated their 10-year anniversary this year, but they have put on some of the biggest stadium shows across the county with the Ed Sheeran "÷" Tour.

Playing 4 nights in London, Manchester and Cardiff and 3 in Newcastle, shows just how big one man and his guitar can be. With crowd noise reaching peak levels of 115 dB, LAeq 1 second it is safe to say Ed had the crowd in the palm of his hand throughout. Vanguardia looked after the noise management across the UK leg of the tour with great success. Noise levels at the mixing desk position frequently reached 100 dB, LAeq 15 Minutes with crisp vocals and crowd noise dominating the A Weighted frequency range.

The Etihad Stadium in Manchester, Wembley Stadium in London and The Principality Stadium in Cardiff are no strangers to holding large scale music events, but St. James' Park in Newcastle have not staged a concert for over 4 years and whilst challenging from a production load in perspective, the design and position of the stadium lends its self incredibly well from a noise management point of view. Over the course of the 3 concerts held in Newcastle, only 1 noise complaint was received, which for a stadium that is not known for concerts is a huge achievement.

Vanguardia also provided noise management services to Kilimanjaro for the popular outdoor concert series Live at Chelsea, featuring artists such as the Kaiser Chiefs and Jeff Beck. Kew the music also had another successful programme of events in the stunning grounds of Kew Gardens featuring Steps, 2 Cellos and The Human League to name a few.
