The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium hosted it’s inaugural Professional Boxing match on Saturday 25th September. Vanguardia worked with Tottenham Hotspur, Matchroom & Haringey Council to monitor and manage the sound levels throughout the event.
Vanguardia’s specialist AudioView sound-level monitoring software was used to measure the levels at the Front-of-House position, and off-site monitoring undertaken to the north & south of the stadium.
Over 66,000 boxing fans were in attendance, and were in full-voice for the pre-fight rendition of Sweet Caroline, which measured a whopping 105dB LAeq within the stadium. The sound management was also a success with compliance with all the sound licence conditions and no reported complaints.
